Hey everyone! I’m Leah & I am the owner of Willow Beauty but you’ll also catch me behind the chair 5-6 days a week as well! I am so honored and fortunate to have been given this once in a lifetime opportunity to bring a new thriving business to our beautiful downtown Rockford. I cannot even express into words how grateful I am for our DREAM TEAM who have had a part in the opening of this salon since Day 1. They believed in me as an owner to give them the space and tools to grow & succeed as business owners themselves; a lot of them becoming self employed for the first time ever in their career! I cannot thank my team enough for the loyalty, support, motivation, determination & talent they’ve given me since taking on this project.
